12 Month Members are entitled to play, for the discounted cart fee which is shown below during twelve months period, the 1st day of the month membership applied through the last day of the 12th month.

*To apply for Kama’aina 12 Month Membership, each application must be submitted witha copy of a valid Hawaii state issued driver’s license or state issued ID card.
RULES OF THE 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP
- Membership fee must be paid in full to receive member’s benefit.
- Twelve month period starts from 1st of the month or the date that Membership fee is paid and ends on the last day of the twelfth month.
- There shall be no retroactive benefits for the days for which membership fees have not been paid upfront.
- The twelve month fee is non-refundable and is not transferable for any reason. No sick leave is allowed.
- Application forms are available at the pro shop and must be filled out.
- Tee times are on a space available basis and subject to availability. There will be no preferred tee times, nor any guaranteed tee times for members or any other players
- 9 hole rate is available after 1:30 PM only.
- Starters have the right to refuse tee times.
- Members and their guests shall be required to abide by any other rules and regulations set by Pukalani Country Club concerning usage of its facilities.
- The membership is limited. Membership applications will be taken on a first come first serve basis. Pukalani Country Club reserves the right to amend or add rules without any notices to members.
