Unbelievable golf course! The scenery is next to none and holes are super fun! We came back here 3 times in the week we stayed on Maui. We drove over from Wailea and it was well worth it. It’s a laid back course, but it’s cost effective and stunning. Bay views of both side of the island at multiple holes, it’s so lush. The other courses are much more dry. This is definitely going to be a mainstay for us.

Pukalani Country Club is a great round of golf for a very great price. Beautiful scenery many exciting holes higher up in the elevation and get to see beautiful views with every hole. Any golfer would have a great round and a great time playing on this course. They also have a very nice driving range to warm up before your round. Recommend to anyone that comes on vacation or a local to play the course.

Set high in the gentle hillsides of Upcountry Maui, Pukalani Country Club offers a distinctly different island golf experience. Nestled at an elevation of 1,100 feet on the slopes of Haleakalā—Hawaiian for “House of the Rising Sun”—the course enjoys a refreshingly cooler climate than the coast, along with breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, lush Valley Isle landscape, and surrounding mountains. The course’s name, Pukalani, means “Entrance to Heaven,” a fitting description for this scenic and welcoming setting.

Designed by acclaimed golf course architect Bob Baldock, Pukalani Country Club opened in 1980 and stretches across nearly 160 acres. This par-72 layout plays 6,962 yards from the championship tees and features 19 greens throughout its 18 holes, creating a memorable test for golfers of every skill level. Its signature third hole presents a one-of-a-kind choice: take on a demanding iron shot across a wind-swept ravine or opt for a challenging chip to a well-bunkered green hundreds of feet below.
